International Collective

So, one of the results of this trip is I've started organizing an international collective of musicians that can collaborate on some blues-base world music. I'm a huge fan of tangos, cumbias and just about everything else from Central and South America. Plus, I've met a bunch of really fantastic musicians while I've been here- percussionists, guitarists, bassists. Turns out that most of us have ability to record music directly to the computer in a format that the rest of us understand. So, I've got some song sketches that I've done in the last couple of weeks that I'm gooing to cleanup and start sending them to these guys to add parts. I'm not sure what the result will be, but with some excellent players and the power of the internet it will at least be fun.
